S1 – S3 had a sharper style to accentuate the more serious & “edgy” feel to make the show look badass overall
S4 is true to the LN’s artstyle and has a more “rounder” look to it, plus with the way they colour the season, it made everything flashier
P.S. I prefer S4 coz the boobs looked more profound imo
