LOL you reminded me of one case of my country Brazil:
In the city of Manaus the local goverment decided to open up the high schools (Manaus had a fuck ton of covid cases) which was a dumb idea (a third of the teachers got Covid) and a bunch of masks that were distributed by the goverment were HUGE like could cover an entire adult face.
