Coloring looks ok, but the decensor is just “let me color this black bar into the skin tone of the person/underlying layer”. It’s mostly fine for the female unless you look really closely, but on the male you can see the original censor bar and you just colored them to be the same skin tone as the penis, but they’re not supposed to be there. You didn’t actually decensor it, you just colored them. (There’s also still a black bar that you skipped)
Decensoring would require that you redraw what the censor was covering/hiding.
