As someone who had a dildo easily 16 inches deep (lost it inside) that really fucking hurts, especially when you touch it, and that was without it bulging a good 4 inches out. Well, you never know, maybe having something still in the lower parts of your ass makes the pleasure outweigh the pain. And maybe not having it stuck there for a good 24 hours helps.
