There’s no game, [just a good artist’s artwork](https://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/noscium/mega-mewtwo-y) pasted with Photoshop on a normal Pokémon game.
And not really well made, since the pixel ratio of the Pokémon is different than the rest, and the action menu is blurry XD
