So the ACTUAL source is from the game “The Dead End ~The Maidens and the Cursed Labyrinth~” by, get ready for this name, *Osanagocoronokimini*. It’s a pretty good game actually, and is one of few by that circle that’s not completely focused on shota and loli. The DLC for it did add both loli and shota to it though, as post-game content, so be warned.
If you do decide to play it, there is an option in-game to turn on English, but it doesn’t actually properly work. Instead you’ll have to find a fan-made patch to actually get it in English. Also note that the game’s focus is technically necrophilia, but it can be changed to “mindbroken” or “unconscious” instead, which mostly just changes how the girls look. If you go the bad guy route (or is too slow) you’ll get the necro options, but if you’re fast enough and do the good guy route you get typical “vanilla” scenes. As for the “helpless” part, yes, you can chain the main heroines up in your basement, so there’s that.
