If you do get some thing stuck try doucheing or play with you entrance and just gradually try and see how wide you can stretch it.
Doucheing has got me out of a tight pinch before. I love the depth double ended dildos can give but as they are not flaired based it slipped a bit too deep. But filling my ass with water and then expelling it easily brought it out. It saved be from going to A&E. That would have been very embarrassing.
