This actually wasn’t created by Matter himself, he [reached out](https://www.reddit.com/r/DDLCRule34/comments/brhsf3/does_anyone_know_the_artist_who_made_this_image/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) ~4 months ago with the unedited image, asking for permission to use it in Outcast. The real artist is IvaPal from Re:Coded, but I don’t know if any real source exists.
