She’s clearly written as a trans woman but the author left plausible deniability (since in Japan they have the equivalent of the Hays Code for trans people), so saying two men would still be technically correct, but there clearly isn’t a futa visible
Edit: just realized the one off screen could be a futa, but knowing rukako, it’s probably okabe
